JACS care is a newly formed organisation with a vision to provide excellent care services, to Service Users within their own homes in the Surrey and surrounding areas.

We employ staff with an excellent attitude towards the care and respect of those cared for.

We then train them to the highest standards encouraging them to specialise in their various areas of expertise, and to keep them up to date on the latest guidelines and legislation in health and social care services.

We aim to build a high quality service through efficient working practices and the effective use of technology.

The staff will assist each individual Service User to exercise, to their fullest potential, personal choice in opportunities and lifestyle. The staff will ensure that the person they provide care or support for is fully involved in decisions about the provision, extent and timing of any care or support, and also over the withdrawal of any service.

The duty of staff is, together with the Service User, to assess situations and needs and identify practical methods of providing services and support to meet those needs, together with the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Those alternatives will be explained to the Service User, including the risks and advantages, the Service User will then be supported to make their own choice, and that choice will be honoured.
